Cost: $25 which includes two (2) Official and one (1) unofficial transcript.  Additional copies are $6 each.

• Year you graduated

• Address of the College or University you plan to attend

• Where you would like the official transcript to be sent

• Your Address for the unofficial or if you plan to come to the school to pick it up
